Fertility LifeLines™ is a free, confidential, educational resource that provides customized information and support to people with fertility health concerns. A single phone call can put you in touch with customer service representatives, benefits specialists, and fertility nurses. Fertility LifeLines™ is provided by EMD Serono, the leader in fertility health.

And who we're not.

Fertility LifeLines™ is not associated with any fertility clinics, insurance companies, or financial institutions. Fertility LifeLines™ is not intended to replace discussions with a doctor, nurse or mental health counselor. Patients are instructed to contact a healthcare provider if they have concerns about their health or treatment.

All calls to Fertility LifeLines™ are free and confidential.

In fact, you're welcome to remain anonymous if you wish. Feel free to call us as often as you wish. And remember, there's no such thing as a dumb question.

There's a ton of information about fertility on the Web, so much that it's easy to feel overwhelmed. Sometimes you just want to ask a live person a confidential question. That's a perfect time to call us. We can also suggest questions to ask your healthcare provider, as well as provide you with free educational booklets and newsletters that will clarify complex fertility issues in easy-to-understand language.

Verifying your insurance benefits.

We can help you understand your insurance coverage. In fact, we'll even personally call your insurance company to check your benefits for fertility treatments and EMD Serono fertility medications. Just fill out the patient reimbursement form for us to use as a reference. And if you're not covered, we can talk about alternative options.

Fertility Specialists near you.

We can help you find a Fertility Specialist, also known as a Reproductive Endocrinologist (RE), in your area who has specialized training in fertility treatments.
